Returns/Cancellations/Exchanges

Please ensure your order and details are correct before finalizing it.

Layali Jewelry does not accept any returns or refunds. We inspect all pieces very carefully before sending out your order.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 24 of delivery at layalijewelryshop@gmail.com and we will organize an exchange for you.

We do not offer exchanges for items that have been used/worn.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in original packing.

note: Earrings are not elegible for exchange due to health and hygiene regulations.

If a parcel has been taken to a local post office for collection and is not claimed is liable for the cost to reship. Refunds will not be given.
